  1. Hi Shane…..can you use Assioma pedals as the power source with the hub….i know there will be no race mode. I use them on my kicker v5. Thanks.

      1. Hi Shane……realized that I should have been more specific with my question. I was wondering if the virtual shifting (non Erg) will work with my Assioma pedals as the primary power source while using the new Zwift Hub/ Cog. Very hard to find an answer on the sites. Thanks again Shane. Your site and videos are awesome.

  2. I have an issue with my Zwift Hub One that I can’t imagine is unique, but haven’t found much info online with how others deal with it. The basic summary is that I run out of gears (on the high end).

I typically use the Sequential mode of virtual shifting (1-24), as it just seems like the simplest setup. When I start and am still just warming up (zone 1, HR < 100), I usually have to already be in gear 14 or 15 (of 24). And when I get to Z3 or Z4, I’m in gear 18 or 19. If I happen to do any out of the saddle hard efforts or am really hammering – I max out on gear 24 and still need more shifting room (in the 350-400W range). What can I do so that when I start I’m basically around gear 5 or 6 in Z1?

I should also mention that I have my bike set up to be in the small chainring in the front as that provides that straightest chain line. I thought about maybe using the larger chainring, but that causes rubbing with the sidewalls next to the hub cassette. I'm not super powerful rider, so am certainly not off the chart for what a product like this would be aiming for. FWIW, I think my front crank/chainring is a 50/34
