The COROS DURA 2 SOLAR is here, and so is a massive price increase! At US$499 (or $549 with a mount), it’s DOUBLE the price of the original DURA. So is it twice as good? After a few rides, I’ve found some genuinely impressive improvements to the mapping, excellent battery life, and a better overall design. But there are also serious concerns with screen visibility, unfinished software, and features that don’t quite live up to expectations. In this video, I break down what COROS got RIGHT, what they got WRONG, and why I’d think twice before spending my own money on one.
