A neat new firmware update for Favero Assioma PRO pedals introduces Smart Travel Mode, allowing the pedals to be woken after transport without the charging cable. Install firmware 7.32 or later, enable Smart Travel Mode in the Favero app, then rotate the cranks backwards for at least 10 revolutions to wake the pedals. It’s a small but useful quality-of-life update for the RS, RL, and MX models.
