The InPeak PowerCrank Gen II power meter receives an important firmware update today addressing a number of issues identified in the Lama Lab.
I’ve covered this power meter a few months ago, but this update made the experience worth revisiting.

I am at a crossroads regarding power meters. I have a powerpro on a Giant Defy Advanced Pro 0 and I see that the right reading is probably high as you point out. At 71 years old I want to improve fitness to be able to do century rides on road and gravel. I am considering changing out the powerpro crank set for the Rotor 2inpower. My left leg is more powerful than the right and I am working on correcting so I believe I need to measure both legs. Comments recommendations?
A set of AssiomaDUO would be a lot cheaper than the Rotor option… and the 2INPower read a little high indoors for both myself and DCRainmaker for unknown reasons.
What do you suggest between the Inpeak and 4iiii left side power meters?

I bought the Inpeak power meter also based on your review. It was the best budget option. Unfortunately, I cannot compare it with other power meters, however, so far it seems that the watts are correct.
